The administrator of Carthage Area Hospital says he's ready to fight to get back the VA clinic. Walter Becker confronted VA officials at a news conference in Watertown that included officials from the VA's new provider, Valor Healthcare from Washington D.C. Meanwhile, an investigation could be launched into the bid process that prompted the VA's decision.
