A native of Gouverneur, Tobie Newcombe pursued a communications degree at Herkimer Community College and SUNY Plattsburgh.

Currently residing in Sackets Harbor with her three children and husband, Tobie is also active in her community as a member of the Sackets Harbor Chamber of Commerce and acting Vice President of the Sackets Harbor Booster Club.

She was in radio sales for four local Watertown stations before arriving at WWNY Channel 7.

Tobie has developed several successful relationships with Lewis County businesses, believing that no matter the size of the business, WWNY can offer them what they need for advertising.
