The American Red Cross is offering a number of blood drives for the month of April 2012 for our area. The following dates, times, and locations are listed for you to go and donate blood, remember you are saving someone’s life.

The American Red Cross preforms laboratory test for multiple infectious disease markers on every unit of donated blood. These tests include:
Chagas disease (T. cruzi) or Anti Body Testing.
Hepatitis B virus, B Surface Antigen, Hepatitis B Core Antibody, and Nucleic Acid testing.
Hepatitis C virus.
Human Immunodeficiency virus, Types 1 and 2.
Human T- Lymphotropic virus.
Syphilis, and West Nile virus.
