Event Description

9 am - 2 pm Demonstrations: cheese making, healthy food demos, milk, yogurt and cheese tasting, maple syrup, petting zoo, hands-on activities by Cornell Coop. Extension, dairy equipment-present and past, Perry Ice Cream, Dairy Princess demonstration, and much more. Food: Beef barbeque, hot meatball sandwiches, hot dogs, snacks available all day. 3-9 pm Local products and crafts. Evening entertainment - Jeff Hawk and Troy O'Brien - up-coming singers.
8 pm free 30-gallon ice cream sundae served by the Dairy Princesses provided by Perry Ice Cream.
