Event Description

St. John the Baptist Church and the United Church both of Madrid and the Scotch Presbyterian Church in Chipman will gather together for Vacation Bible School August 13-16.

Camp will be held in the Madrid Community Building from
6-7:45 pm each evening. Registration will be Monday evening, August 13 at 5:45pm. Pre-registration forms will be available at local churches or you may call 322-4089. There is no charge for this camp.

This year’s theme is “Tell Me the Stories of Jesus.” Our focus will be on events in Jesus’ life that call us to come, follow, share and heal. We will enjoy music, crafts, games and snacks in the course of a short hour and forty-five minutes.

We encourage all children 5-12 years of age to attend. Parents are always invited and encouraged to join us too.

If you have a special talent - singing, art or games that you feel you might like to share, please join us at our next organizational meeting on July 9th at 10:30 am. We meet in the adult Sunday School room of the United Church of Madrid.

In these days of costly activities, a healthy, safe, free place will be provided for all who come to share.
