Event Description

Doors open at Noon, Auction starts at 1:00
HOW DOES IT WORK?
• You pay a $5 admission fee. The admission fee will get you 1 numbered auction paddle, light refreshments, and a chance to win a door prize from each vendor.
• Approximately 50 items will be auctioned off from various vendors. If you wish to "bid" on an item up for auction, you will need to place the designated number of quarters in a bowl at the center of the table and raise their paddle (each item will cost between 1 and 4 quarters to bid on, depending on the retail value of the item.)
• If you would like to play more than one paddle (you can purcahse more for $1), you need to place the designated number of quarters into the bowl for EACH paddle you want to play.
• Once all quarters have been collected, a number is drawn by the autioneer. If the number matches a guest's paddle that was played, that guest wins the item. If a number was drawn and that guest did not play/bid with that paddle number, we ask that they follow the honor system and shout, "NO BID". Numbers will continue to be picked until a winning number is called out.
