Guest speakers are Cindy F. Intschert, Jefferson County District Attorney; Carolyn D. Fitzpatrick, Jefferson County Board of Legislators Chairwoman; representatives from the Victims Assistance Center of Jefferson County - Elaina F. Marra, Executive Director, and Leslie Cherry, Community Education Prevention Specialist; and Jennifer Bullock, Licensed Mental Health Counselor Readjustment Counselor from the Department of Veterans Affair Watertown Vet Center.
