This year’s Indian River Lakes Conservancy's (IRLC) Celebration of our beautiful Indian River Lakes will be held the evening of Saturday, August 2 at Coyote Moon Vineyards in Clayton. The event will feature a great food, dancing and an exciting auction of local artwork, gifts and services.Return to event list.
Festivities begin at 5:00 with drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Mingle with your fellow lake-lovers and enjoy the atmosphere. Winery tours will be offered at 5:15. Dinner will feature pork and beef kabobs and chicken with side dishes prepared from fresh, healthy ingredients - gazpacho, quinoa taboule, roasted beet salad - and a delightful peach and blueberry crumble for desert, all prepared by Susan C. Lauraine of Two Friends on a River. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. A cash bar will be available.
A live and silent auction will feature many tempting local items including golf outings, a professional photography session, a wind and cheese cruise, a stay at a local B & B, artwork and much more. Like Indian River Lakes Conservancy on Facebook to see the exciting items up for bid!
After dinner, dance to the music of Second Chance.. Second Chance plays your favorite songs from the 60s to the present. The founders, Jim and Melanie Rafferty, love playing for their audiences and encourage dancing, requests, and singing along.
