Addisyn Burke, daughter of Brittany Jo Baker and Chris Burke, died at birth on Monday, March 4, 2013 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center.

Funeral services are being held Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Frary Funeral Home at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. F. James Shurtleff officiating.

Calling hours will be held up until the time of the funeral at Frary Funeral Home from 2:00 to 4:00p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2013.

Addisyn is survived by two brothers, Evan Baker and Cadmen Burke, maternal grandmother, Amy Harper and her companion, Dan Dean; paternal grandmother, Lori Ann Burke and paternal grandfather, Christopher Paul Burke and his wife, Tina Burke; maternal great grandmother, Michelle Baker; three aunts, Lacey Burke and her companion, Steve Lacharity, and their two children Zoey Lacharity and Steve Jr. Lacharity, Jennifer Hansen and Bethany Cook and an uncle, Zachary Baker.
