Bertha A. (Peanut) Trygar, 66, of Maywood Terrace, Watertown died Monday morning at the Hospice Residence at Ellis Farm.

Mrs. Trygar was born April 18, 1947 in Watertown to Cornelius and Edna (Robinson) Gamble. She graduated from Watertown High School in 1967. Mrs. Trygar worked for many years at Mr. Sub on public square. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved animals. She married Thomas Trygar in 1996.

Surviving are her husband Thomas, a daughter, Mary Kirby and her companion Rick Dusckas, Watertown; a son, James Kirby, Watertown; a brother, Lawrence (Ann) Parks, Carthage; four grandchildren, Shawn, Justin, Ashley Kirby and Cortney Dusckas; one great-grandchild Jalyssa; three nieces, Sherrie (William) Foley, Linda (Les) Clark, Debbie (Barry) Snyder and a nephew, Rick Balch.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Michael Kirby in 1994;  twin sons, Richard and Robert who died at birth; two sisters, Catherine Robert, Sally Balch and five brothers Albert, Paul, Jack and Robert Parks and Sonny Gamble.

The funeral service will be Wednesday 1:00 pm at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Rev. Toby Schilling officiating. Burial will follow at Glenwood Cemetery. A calling hour will be Wednesday from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
