Gary Hall, 62, of HarrisvilleHarrisville - Gary C. Hall, 62, Harrisville, NY, went to be with the Lord, after traveling through his “uncharted territory” journey, on February 14, 2013. A celebration of his life will be held Sunday February 17th at 2 PM at the Harrisville Christian Church with the Rev. Michael Gault, pastor, officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 11:30 AM to 2 PM prior to the funeral. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Adirondack Funeral Home, Harrisville. Gary is survived by his loving wife Loretta Hall, son Jeffrey Hall and Genny Bush, and son Christopher and Melissa Hall; his beloved grandchildren Allyson and Brady Hall, and Xavier, Alexander, and Jaxson Hall. He is also survived by Brianna and Joey Bush and Keyrra Roberts. He has a brother and his wife, Norbert and Dorothy Hall of Leesburg, FL; a beautiful, caring mother in law, Betty Jackson, eight brothers and sister-in-laws: Charlotte and Ivan Hale, Joyce and Morris (Bob) Gagnon, LeRoy and Sally Jackson, Paul and Cathy Jackson, Beverly and Jack Phillips, Vickie and Joe Irish, Bonnie and Mike Davenport, and Ed Jackson, as well as over two dozen precious nieces and nephews, and four biological sisters: Norva Jean Blackstone, Georgiana Reagan, Ann Hall and Sharon Smith. Gary is also survived by his AA brothers and sisters, his Harrisville Christian Church family, and many special friends. Gary was born August 26th 1950 in Canton, NY the son of Charles and Lois Hall. He graduated from Gouverneur Central School in 1968. He married Loretta Jackson May 16, 1970 at the East Pitcairn Weslyan Church. He worked for his father, “Charles Hall & Son” in his teen years, spent 28 years at the Newton Falls Paper Mill until its closure, seasonal winters on the ranges at Fort Drum, and for 10 years (until his illness) for the IBEW Local 910, Watertown, NY. Gary enjoyed fishing, boating, riding his Harley, attending his AA meetings, his time at church, trips to Florida, his beloved grandchildren’s sporting events and the family camp on Pleasant Lake. He especially enjoyed ice hockey. Gary was predeceased by his (stillborn) son, Scott James and his parents, Charles and Lois Hall.
