Jeanette M. Feisthamel, 68, 511 A East Hoard Street, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2012 at Samaritan Medical Center.
Mrs. Feisthamel was born March 8, 1944, in Watertown, NY, a daughter of Gerald H. and Mary Mahon Paris. She received her GED while living with her sister and brother -in -law in Oklahoma. On May 6, 1967 she married Bernard F. Feisthamel at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church with Reverend Benoit Dostie officiating. Mr. Feisthamel died November 24, 1979.
Mrs. Feisthamel was employed with the Golden Gables Adult Home on Academy Street, a cashier for K-Mart for ten years and most recently Kinney Drug Store on Coffeen Street until this past February, leaving due to her illness. She enjoyed bingo, lottery tickets, watching medical shows and mysteries, spending time with her family. She was a kind and loving mother, sister and friend.
Surviving are her son Travis, Watertown, three brothers and two sisters in law, Richard and Judy Paris, Liverpool, NY, Donald and Donna Paris, Hampstead, NC, Robert Paris, Watertown, six sisters and three brothers in law, Gloria McCoy, Tylerville, Beverly and Vernon Monroe, Willmington, NC, Carol Beltz, Menifee, CA., Mary Lou and Joseph Fayette, Watertown, Dianne Paris, Watertown, Donna and Mark McGregor, Watertown, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A daughter Lori Feisthamel and a brother Gerald A. “Jug Head” Paris died before her.
Calling hours will be Tuesday 4-7pm at the D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. A prayer service will be held Wednesday at 9:15 am at the funeral home with a 10 am funeral mass at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church with Reverend Richard Kennedy officiating.
