Leonore M. Myers, 72, of OgdensburgLeonore M. Myers, age 72, of Hasbrouck Street, Ogdensburg passed away Sunday morning, December 2, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Arrangements are with Frary Funeral Home. There will be no public viewing or funeral. Mrs. Myers is survived by her husband, Gene; her children, Jean Sheehan and her husband, Carl, of Oregon, Brenda Vine and her husband, Robert, Lockport, NY, Kevin Myers and his wife, Mary Jo, of Ogdensburg, Deborah Smith and her husband, Kevin, of Shelby, NY, Donna Wheelock of Greece, NY, her brothers, Clifford Pope, of Oregon and David Pope, of Wyoming, NY, her sister, Ardith Bookmiller of Attica, NY; eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Mrs. Myers was born on September 14, 1940 in Johnsonburg, NY, the daughter of Walter and Marion Cook Pope. She graduated from Attica High School. She married Gene Myers October 18, 1958 in Johnsonburg, NY. She worked for Arway Bakery in Perry, NY. Mrs. Myers enjoyed cooking, volunteering at the Salvation Army and playing Farmville. Donations may be made in her memory to St. Lawrence Valley Hospice and Palliative Care. |
