Roxanna Marie Lobdell Amyot, 56, of MadridMadrid – Roxanna Marie Lobdell Amyot, 56, of 1900 State Hwy 345, died Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, Ogdensburg. Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Lawrence Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Born August 3, 1955 in Potsdam, NY, she was a daughter of Leo Gonyeau, Sr. and the late Betty Lobdell. She attended Colton-Pierrepont Central School and assisted on the family farm in Pierrepont. Roxanna is survived by her husband Alex; three sons, Kenneth Durham, Shawn Adams and Christopher Burkum all of Madrid; eight siblings and their spouses, Leo “Bucky” Gonyeau, Agnes (Joe) Swarthout, Elizabeth (Larry) Goodrich, Charmane (Tim) Gonyeau, Doreen (Bobby) Houghtaning, Leeat (Butch) Mullin, all of Wolcott, Penny (Charles) Eleason of Pulaski and Sharon (Ray) Davis of Port Byron; a brother-in-law Randy Rice and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her mother she was predeceased by her infant triplet daughters, Hope, Charity and Faith, a sister, Clara Rice and two infant brothers, Leo, Jr. and Baby Gonyeau. Two previous marriages to Kenneth C. Durham, Jr. and David Reynolds ended in divorce. Roxanna was known as a “neat freak” and loved playing games on her computer, and her fish.
