The North Country Arts Council Rocks

This great group is the single best injection of culture and art in the North Country, since Viggo (Oscar nominated and a great actor) made his big screen debut.  They continue to schedule events and activities that benefit the North Country.  A Non-profit group, they are focused on bringing arts to the community.

Tonight is the first meeting of the NCAC’s writer’s branch the NC Writer’s Guild.

We invite writers (published or not yet published) from throughout the North Country to attend our organizational meeting and help us shape our future. Writer’s Guild Meetings will be free to the public, though North Country Arts Council membership will be encouraged. Meeting activities will include readings from current projects, open discussions on various literary topics and possibly interactive projects to help writers sharpen their skills.
