Halloween Weekend October 30-Nov 1
Surely, one of the most fun holidays of the year and this year it is falling on a Saturday, even more fun!
I struggled a while with my costume choice, but then arrived at something that was perfect for a short guy with an attitude. Perhaps I will post pics next week.

I want you to give me your BLOOD!
Could there be a better day to hold a blood drive, than Halloween! Instead of needles it is sucked out by Count Dracula. Just kidding-this aside, I don’t usually post non entertainment events, but for sheer genius timing, this even deserves a post.
Blood Drive at American Legion, Watertown, Post 61, Sterling Street.
October 31, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm – good thing it is Saturday am and not Sunday am when too many people will have alcohol still in their system.

LE MOYNE COLLEGE PRESENTS
SHAKESPEARE’S “AS YOU LIKE IT” AT THE
W. CARROLL COYNE CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS
The Department of Theater Arts, in conjunction with the Boot and Buskin Theatre Group of Le Moyne College will present As You Like It by William Shakespeare. Performance schedule is as follows:
Friday, October 30 8:00pm
Saturday, October 31 8:00pm
Sunday, November 12:00pm
Thursday, November 5 8:00pm
Friday, November 6 8:00pm
Saturday, November 7 8:00pm
As You Like It follows the lively exploits of banished Rosalind and her quest for true love amid the schemes of two warring brothers. In the idyllic Forest of Arden, Rosalind, disguised as a gentleman farmer, stumbles upon an extraordinary assemblage of characters, including a fool, a malcontent traveler, her own exiled father, and the cast out young man she loves. Astutely funny, As You Like It runs the gamut of the comedic canon, combining cross-dressing and slapstick with gentle satire and sparkling, witty conversation.
With the added twist of a modern day setting, the Le Moyne College production of As You Like It will be under the direction of Steven Braddock.
For additional information and ticket reservations, please call the W. Carroll Coyne Center for the Performing Arts at (315) 445-4523 or visit www.lemoyne.edu/vpa.
