This week's Academic All-Star is Jackie Pomerville.

She is from Clifton-Fine Central School, where she's ranked first in her class and maintains a 94.5 grade point average.

Jackie participates in almost all school-sponsored activities, including soccer, basketball and track.

She's president of her class, student council, National Honor Society and the peer educator group Teaching Awareness Through Friends.

Jackie will graduate with 12 college credits after participating in the school's distance learning network.

She plans to attend Syracuse University.
