Academic All-Star: Samuel Purcell

This week's Jefferson Community College - 7 News Academic All-Star is from Immaculate Heart Central School.

Samuel Purcell is currently ranked first in his class with a grade point average of 98.

He is involved in varsity tennis and soccer and has earned a number of college credits.

Sam plans to major in physics at Columbia University.
