Yes, we know it's cold. Yes, we know there's snow on the ground.
The thing is, that's not terribly unusual for the Thanksgiving holiday. Case in point: back on November 24, 2000, a full week earlier than where we are now, there was more than enough snow and cold for Dry Hill ski area to be open and busy.
