Below is the recipe for a dipping sauce that's great for any grilled meat or seafood.

Buttermilk Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- Pinch of celery salt
- Pinch fresh ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Use as a dipping sauce for grilled meats and seafood.
