Chef Chris Manning shows us a bourbon maple marinade.
He says it's great as a marinade or basting sauce for grilled chicken, pork or beef.

The recipe is below.
Bourbon Maple Marinade
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsely
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon gound black pepper
Pulse garlic, green onion, parsley, brown sugar, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until completely blended.
