TV Dinner: Chicken Wings For The Big Game

It's time to start planning your menu for the Super Bowl and these two unique chicken wing recipes would be perfect.

Chef Chris Manning shows us how to make tequila-lime and maple wings and spicy peanut butter and jelly wings.

Tequila-Lime & Maple Wings

- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup tequila
- Zest & juice of one lime
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes, then allow to cool.

Use to coat 24 pieces of cooked chicken wings.


Spicy Peanut Butter & Jelly Wings

- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Coyote Moon Razzle Dazzle raspberry-jalepeno jam
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 dash Sriracha chili sauce

Place all ingredients in a food processos and pulse until smooth. Toss with fresh hot, cooked chicken wings. Yields enough for 48 pieces.
