TV Dinner: Cooking Goat

Karen Stumpf of the Thousand Islands Goat Farm was a special guest of Chef Chris Manning because he was cooking - you guessed it - goat.

Chris says the meat has a nice, mild flavor and Karen says it's lower in calories, fat, saturated fat and cholesteral than pork, beef, chicken or lamb.
