TV Dinner: Deviled Scallops

Chef Chris Manning shows us a devilish way to cook scallops.

He uses sea scallops for this recipe, but he says it's also good with chicken, shrimp or fish.

Deviled Scallops

- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 scallion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- Dash of hot sauce
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon capers (optional)
- 1 pound U/10 sea scallops

Mix all ingredients except the scallops in a small mixing bowl. Place scallops in a baking dish and top with the devil's mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
