- 1 pound 16- to 20-count peeled and deveined shrimp Add the oil to 9- by 13-inch dish. Sprinkle the Sazon seasoning over the oil. Add the shrimp and toss, coating each piece evenly. Put three pieces of shrimp on each skewer and grill three to four minutes, turning every minute. Serve with peanut sauce.
Half cup smooth peanut butter Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth. Keep refrigerated in a sealed container up to two weeks. |
