He prepares a jerk marinade that he uses with pork, but says it's also good with chicken.

8 eight-ounce center-cut pork chops
Place the chops (four each) in two reclosable gallon plastic storage bags.
Add the next eight ingredients to a food processor and blend together until smooth.
Add the hot sauce and soy sauce to the processor and blend again until smooth.
Pour equal amounts of the mixture into each bag.
Grill chops until cooked through.
Also great with chicken.
