TV Dinner: Meat Pie

It's called Fourtiere and it's a meat pie from Quebec.

Chef Chris Manning makes it with ground beef, but it can also be made with pork, lamb or chicken.

Fourtiere

- 1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained and cooled.
- 2 cups cooked, diced potatoes
- 1 medium onion, diced finely, cooked and cooled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup beef gravy
- Your favorite pie crust, homemade or pre-made.

Mix all the ingredients together, except for the crust. Fill bottom of pie, then top with remaining crust.

Crimp edges and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with horseradish sauce and minced green onions.
