Chef Chris Manning has a couple recipes perfect for Thanksgiving: butternut squash casserole and cranberry relish.

3 pounds or 6 cups cooked butternut squash
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Mix well and add to 9" x 13" x 3" baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
1.5 cups fresh cranberries
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Remove to a serving dish and chill for at least an hour before serving.
