Chef Chris Manning makes pasta fasol for us today.
The name translates to "pasta with beans." It's traditionally an Italian side dish that Chris tweaks into a main course.

Here's the recipe:
2 tablespoons olive oil
In a 14-inch saute pan on medium heat add the first four ingredients.
Cook until onions begin to wilt, then add the sausage, tomatoes, pepper rings and pasta.
Cook for two to three minutes, then add the bleu cheese.
Cook for one minute, stirring pasta and cheese together.
Serve with thin slices of fresh mint leaves.
