It's a nice sweet-and-sour way to grill chicken.
It's called tequila-orange grilled chicken and chef Chris Manning says it's great when great paired with Coyote Moon's LaCrescent wine.

Tequila-Orange Grilled Chicken
- 1 cup orange marmelade
- 2 tablespoons tequila
- 2 tablespoons orange liquor
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of one orange
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
Use half the mixture to marinade two pounds of chicken and the other half for basting.
