How to Enter:

1.Postcard entries: Contestants will send a postcard to WWNY-TV and WNYF-TV that includes their complete name, full address, city, state, ZIP Code, phone number. Entries must be received by 12 PM, November 25, 2009 to participate in the contest. All entries should be directed to: WeatherWord, 120 Arcade Street, Watertown, New York 13601.

2.Online entries: Contestants may enter via online form. Contestants will visit www.wwnytv.com, complete and submit the online registration form. Entries must be received by 12PM, November 25, 2009 to participate in the contest.

3.On Location Entry: Forms and a drop box is located at Watertown Appliance & TV Center, 316 Factory Street, Watertown New York, 13601. The form must be filled out completely, including Name, Address, Phone Number, Age, and the correct WeatherWord for the date entered. Entries must be in the drop box by 12 PM, November 25, 2009

Contest Dates: Contest dates are November 2, 2009 to November 20, 2009.

How to Win: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing of all entries, to be announced on the Wednesday November 25, 2009 edition of 7NEWS this evening, and notified by November 30, 2009. Judges decisions are final.

All Prize winners must meet the Eligibility and Prize Redemption/Claim/Releases requirements outlined herein.

Prize:

The prize/prizes consists of Choice of either a Hitachi 50 inch High Definition Television (P50T501 HD1080 Ultravision CineForm 50” Plasma HDTV, approximate value: $1,500.00) or a Maytag Top Load Washer & Maytag Centennial Electric Dryer (Models MVWC6ESWW & MEDC500VW; Approximate value of both: $1,200). Winner will be responsible for pickup/collection of the prize.

The prize winner/winners must meet the Eligibility and Prize Redemption/Claim/Releases requirements outlined herein.

All parties assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the use of any prize awarded hereunder or in connection with any warranty or representation regarding the prize. The number of contest entries received by WWNY-TV determines the odds of winning.

Drawing date for this contest will occur on November 25, 2009.

Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Winners must complete a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. To meet federal tax regulations, the winner of some prizes may have to provide his or her social security number and is responsible for all taxes associated with the prize. Prizes are considered income and taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. The prizewinner, by acceptance of a prize, agrees to release WWNY-TV, United Communications Corporation, and Watertown Appliance & TV Center, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouses and children) from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to or from, preparing for or participating in any contest-related activity. By entering the contest and winning a prize, contestants grant WWNY-TV, United Communications Corporation, and Watertown Appliance & TV Center, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, the right to use and publicize their names, photographs, voices or likenesses and have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules.
