One of the most popular operas of all time, Carmen “is about sex, violence, and racism—and its corollary: freedom,” says Olivier Award-winning director Richard Eyre about his new production of Bizet’s drama. “It is one of the inalienably great works of art. It’s sexy, in every sense. And I think it should be shocking.” Elina Garanca plays the seductive gypsy of the title, opposite Roberto Alagna as the obsessed Don José.

Staged Reading of my new play, The High Cost of Heating-
Saturday, February 27th, 2pm, 227 Sherman Street, Watertown, NY $5 admisison.

This play was inspired by the heating bill crises a few years back the calamity of the recent economic downturn.  “Economic Downturn” is such an euphemism for what has really gone down.


What happens when your utility bill grows so big it overtakes your house and you are forced to live upstairs like prisoners being held captive by a conquering army?

Starring three fantastic Northern New York Actors;  Kathy Strader, Jeff Dawley and Kristina Rusho.
