Cinema 10 screens More Than Honey on Monday, February 24 at the Roxy Theater in Potsdam.  Show time is 7:15 PM. This is the second film of the spring 2014 Cinema 10 season.

This “magically beautiful film” (Farran Nehme, New York Post) focuses on honey bee colonies and how human interaction has affected their growth. Depicting bees, a small family owned apiary, and an industrial level bee keeper with "eye popping photography" (Hollywood Reporter), this is “a delightful, informative, and suitably contemplative study of the bee world and the bee-population crisis” (Stephanie Zacharek, The Village Voice.) This movie is Switzerland's official submission to the 2014 Oscars in the best foreign language film category.

More Than Honey is directed by Markus Imhoof and is 95 minutes long. This movie is not rated.  Languages are English, German, Swiss German, and Mandarin with appropriate subtitles.

General Admission: $4.50/individual; $35/season tickets

Students and Senior Citizens: $3.50/individual; $25/season tickets
