Sboro's Restaurant and Chop House, and Renzi Foodservice are sponsoring a benefit for the North Country Arts Council. Billed as an incredible evening of great food, fine art, live music and lively conversation, “Arts and Apps”  will be Monday, January 6th, 2014 from 5:30 – 8:30pm at Sboro's Restaurant and Chop House, 836 Coffeen Street, Watertown.

The appetizers menu will feature Sboro's delicious bruchetta bread, sostanza peppers, bacon wrapped scallops, Absolute vodka chicken, stuffed mushrooms, and artichoke dip. Coffee and desserts will also be provided. There will be a cash bar. “We're very pleased to have the opportunity to support the North Country Arts Council,” said Art Sboro, owner of Sboro's Restaurant and Chop House. “The organization does an excellent job promoting the arts and the artists in our area.”

Musician Ryan Grant will perform while plein air artists Bob Heddon, Lori McCall and Jan Byington work on canvases through out the room. Work by these talented artists will be on display and for sale.
There will be a silent auction featuring artwork by Michael Ringer, Paul Lee, John Morrow, Scott Mueller and Jim Burns. Sign up for or renew a membership to the North Country Arts Council at the event and you'll be eligible to win a wine and pasta basket.

Tickets are $25 per person, and limited, so get them now at Kinney Drugs Washington and Coffeen St. locations, Arts on the Square, 52 Public Square, Downtown Watertown, and on-line at www.nnyart.org.
Tickets will not be available at the door.
