Lifelong friends have a lasting impression on us. For 33 years, five very different women, who met on their college swim team, have vacationed at the same beach cottage on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. This is a funny and touching romp with five fabulous friends who show us what true friendship means.

The event, which is held on the grounds of St. Anthony's church, is a major fundraiser for the parish.

St. Anthony's Church, Arsenal Street, Watertown will celebrate their 97th Annual Mt. Carmel Feast in honor of our Lady of Mt. Carmel on June 28, 29 and 30.

A spaghetti dinner will be held in the Church basement on Thursday, June 27 starting at 4:30 p.m.


Adults: $8.00, Children: $4.50
Take outs available.

On the Grounds traditional Italian foods will be served.

Sunday evening: FRED AND THE EDS



Regular Bingo in the School Gym on Friday 7:00 p.m.

Religious Procession begins at 5:30 p.m. Sunday followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament and Blessings of the new Rose Window by Bishop Terry LaValley at 6:30 p.m.

Pyrotecnico Fireworks Sunday night at 10 p.m.

Harry Potter Week at the Canton Free Library is Tuesday, June 25-Friday, June 28. Join us for movies, popcorn, Chocolate Frogs, and pictures with the Sorting Hat! The first movie begins at 10am, with the second at 2pm. Costumes are not required, but are encouraged! This program is free and open to wizards and muggles of all ages! STAGE NOTES is performing The Mystery of Edwin Drood at JCC Sturtz Theater

WHAT: Stage Notes presents the Rupert Holmes musical “The Mystery of Edwin Drood” to benefit the Watertown Urban Mission.


WHEN/WHERE: 7 p.m. Thursday June 27, Friday, June 28, Saturday, June 29 at Sturtz Theater at Jefferson Community College.


COST: Tickets are $15, or $12 for senior citizens and children age 12 and under.

Advance tickets are available at the Watertown Urban Mission, 247 Factory St..
