TV Dinner: Buttermilk Dipping Sauce
Chef Chis Manning says it's too soon to let go of summer.
Because of that, he's grilling. This time, it's shrimp and scallops.
Below is the recipe for a dipping sauce that's great for any grilled meat or seafood.

Buttermilk Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- Pinch of celery salt
- Pinch fresh ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Use as a dipping sauce for grilled meats and seafood.
