Celebrate Earth Day With Clayton Cleanup, Green FestTwo organizations are teaming up for a special Earth Day celebration in Clayton. River Hospital and the Thousand Islands Youth Leaders Organization will hold Green Fest on April 21. From 10 a.m. to noon is a community cleanup at Cerow Recreation Park. From noon to 2 p.m., there's a "Green Fest Expo" inside the arena featuring local vendors with products made within 100 miles of Clayton and an "upcycled" fashion and art show.
