Fat & Sassy Desserts: Lemon Bundt Cake

Lemon Bundt Cake
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 box lemon instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water, ginger ale, or lemon-lime soda
Mix the first four ingredients thoroughly. Mix in the water or soda. Pour mixture into bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes before inverting onto serving dish.
Frost, if desired, with a mixture of whipped topping and lemon instant pudding mix.
