Fat & Sassy Desserts: Sour Cream Chocolate CakeMary Demianenko of Adams put together a cookbook of old recipes she updated, making substitutions for old-fashioned ingredients, such as lard. She will share some of her recipes each week in February during 7 News This Morning. This week, she shows us how to make a sour cream chocolate cake, "the simplest cake there is to make and you can have it for dessert within 20 minutes," she says. Click on the picture to see how it goes together. The recipe is below. To order Mary's cookbook, contact the Historical Association of South Jefferson at 315-232-2616.
