Fiddlers' Fest Starts ThursdayThe New York State Old Tyme Fiddlers' Association is holding its 40th annual Fiddlers' Picnic Festival starting Thursday. It will be held four days, July 26, 27, 28 and 29, at the Fiddlers' Hall of Fame and Museum on the Comins Road in Osceola. The guest artist is Scott Woods.
