Fitness: 'Miracle Miles For Maddie' 5K Run

After showing us a couple exercises, fitness expert Jamie Kalk catches her breath long enough to talk about an important 5K run coming up this weekend.

Miracle Miles For Maddie starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 24 at Thompson Park in Watertown.

The proceeds benefit the family of Maddie Musto, the 5 year old girl who died of cancer shortly after being diagnosed.
