Food Safety During Power Outages


People who've lost power during the ice storm are wondering if the food in their refrigerator and freezer is safe to eat.

Cathy Moore, a registered dietitian at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County, appeared on 7 News at Noon on Monday to talk about food safety during a power outage.
