Fourth Graders Learn The Past At Pioneer Days

The Historical Association of South Jefferson is presenting its annual Pioneer Days.

The days will be 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 13, 14 and 15 at 29 East Church Street in Adams.

The event gives fourth graders a chance to learn what life was like in the 1800s, like making candles, churning butter, weaving and making corn bread.
