Historical Group Plans Searchlight TourThe Alexandria Township Historical Society is bringing back a tradition that was popular in the late 1800s. The group is sponsoring a Searchlight Tour on August 14. It's a nighttime tour of Millionaires' Row and many of the mansions in the Thousand Islands. It starts at 8 p.m. and lasts around two hours and fifteen minutes. Tickets can be purchased at the Cornell Brothers Store and Museum in Alexandria Bay. The group is also having a pair of Victorian teas at Casa Blanca on Cherry island. The first is on July 27 and the second is August 24.
