Historical Society To Host 'Chocolate & Cocktails'The Jefferson County Historical Society is inviting the community to what it's calling "a midwinter escape." Chocolate and Cocktails is a new event. It will feature a chocolate fountain, cocktails, live music, sweets and special coffees. It's from 5 to 7 p.m. on February 12 at the society's Paddock Mansion on Washington Street in Watertown.
