Mykayla Benson Memorial WalkThe Mykayla Benson Memorial Walk is scheduled for June 9. Benson was killed in a car accident in 2010 when she was 13 years old. The walk raises money for a scholarship in her name. Two $500 scholarships have already been awarded this year. Participants are asked to meet at the Happy Hollow Campground in Lowville. They'll be shuttled by school bus to the Castorland Fire Hall. The walk begins at 3 p.m. and ends at Happy Hollow Registration is $20. Most Popular |
