NRCIL Walks Raise Mental Health Awareness

May is Mental Health Month and the Northern Regional Center for Independent Living is holding a pair of walks to raise awareness.

The Lewis County walk will be May 8 at the Lowville Fire Department.

Registration is at 4 p.m. and the walk starts at 5 p.m. Dinner follows the walk.

The Jefferson County walk is May 21.

There's a presentation at 9:30 a.m. at the Dulles State Office Building in Watertown. A walk to the Children's Home of Jefferson County starts at 10:15 a.m.
