New Trends In Child Custody Law

If you're in the midst of a custody dispute with your ex-spouse, there are some new trends in the law which you should know about.

Local attorney Kathy Quencer appeared on 7 News at Noon on Monday to discuss the changes.

She says courts are carefully weighing cooperation problems between the parents.

Specifically, courts are ruling against a parent who engaged in patterns of behavior that interfered with the other parent's relationship with the child.
