SPCA: Meet ShaggyShaggy is a 2 year old stray from Fort Drum. The people at the Jefferson County SPCA think he might be a terrier/pug mix. He's a cute little guy who's looking for his forever home. Also, the shelter is starting a Run With Rover program. Volunteers get to take dogs out on a run on a specified route. Organizers say it's a good way for the dogs to get exercise and a little socialization, as well as getting them out of the kennel for a little while.
