SPCA: Missy, An Even-Tempered CatMissy the cat is a little over a year old. She's spayed and ready to leave the Jefferson County SPCA for her new home. The SPCA tests all its cats for temperament. Missy is in the top category and is good with children, dogs and other cats. Petco continues to help out the shelter. Employees have raised over $2,500 for spaying an neutering animals at the SPCA.
